Habanero Hot Sauce

A wonderfully delicious blend of fresh orange Habanero peppers, carrots, garlic, onion, spices and other ingredients. This simple and refreshingly tasty sauce compliments most dishes without overpowering or dominating any of their subtle flavors.

“The Chileman” created this sauce specifically for “Fired Up Foods”. It’s one of our favorites, and we’re sure it will become one of yours. It’s a “sure fire” winner.

Cajun Hot Sauce

This sauce was created by a true “Rajun’ Canajun” - Steve (The Chileman) Carter. Images of crawfish, gumbo, blackened sea bass, and jambalaya dishes come to mind as your taste buds experience the flavor (...and heat) of this unique classic.

With Cayenne peppers being the heart and soul of this sauce, it’s fantastic on Cajun & Creole dishes, but great on everyday foods as well. The inspiration for this sauce was “Born On the Bayou!”
